    • Dr. Mark Hertling ’19DBA: Professor of Practice in Leadership at the Crummer Graduate School of Business. A retired Lieutenant General, Mark served as a commanding general for the United States Army Europe and the Seventh Army. His illustrious military career offers profound lessons on leadership under pressure, adaptive strategies, and fostering team resilience. 
    • Dr. Robert “Navy Bob” Roncska ’23DBA: A retired U.S. Navy officer and Pacific Fleet’s Submarine Commodore, leading over 1,700 personnel with assets and budget exceeding 25 billion dollars, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge on maintaining peak performance while navigating the complexities of high-stakes environments. 
    • Gabriel Sidere ’27DBA: Current doctoral candidate in Crummer’s Executive Doctorate of Business Administration program. An emerging thought leader whose work bridges leadership theory with practical insights on mental and physical well-being in professional settings.
